The Italian Authority: Videorights is in the list of independent management entity that can operate in the neighbouring rights market

The Italian Authority has published in its website the list of the Collective Management Organisations (CMO) and the Independent Management Entities (IME) entitled to operate in the Italian neighbouring rights market.

VIDEORIGHTS is in the list as an Independent Management Entity (IME)  and it’s in full compliance with the Italian Authority’s requirement regulation.
